Existing TAI customers now have the option to update their TAI software by downloading the TAI Software Update.exe file.  The Updater will search your computer for any TAI software, and will make any available updates to all TAI programs loaded on your computer.  See details below, and on the attached file.  If you need assisstance please call us at 1.800.634.1472.

Information and User Instructions for TAI Software Update Program

Requirements

1. The computer must have internet access for downloading programs.
2. The user must have Administrative right. This is required to successfully update various program folders.

Assumptions - All TAI programs are installed in the “Talent Assessment, Inc” folder on the computer.

How this program works

When the user presses the “Check For Updates” button, the program does the following:

•Connects to the TAI website and downloads a listing of all TAI programs with their latest version number.
•Scans the "Talent Assessment, Inc" folder on the PC or Laptop to determine which TAI programs are installed.
•Determines which installed TAI programs have a different version number than the latest from the TAI website.
•Displays the TAI programs that have updates available.
•Installs the TAI updates that the user specifically requests.
