Talent Assessment, Inc., founded in 1980, produces, develops, and distributes quality educational products internationally. Currently operating in 9 countries, TAI specializes in programs for Middle and High School, Special Populations, Career Development, and Rehabilitation.

TAI’s first product was the TAP – Talent Assessment Program – for assessing functional vocational aptitudes. Then came the PIC – Pictorial Inventory of Careers now the PIC DV-2000 – an affective domain career interest assessment. Next came the VIP & VIP Jr. – Vocational Implications of Personality – assessing personality for work and career with special Spanish Versions now available.

In 1990, the PAES – Practical Assessment Exploration System – was published. Now the flagship program of TAI, serving special students for Transition to adult life.

Money Manager was developed to help teach money and finances as well as address classroom behavior management.

Our newest offerings are the Future Planner Portfolios, both Hard Binder and Electronic Portfolios for keeping students focused and on track in their career development.
